MILL CREEK, WV - Valley Health Care welcomed several new providers to the Valley Health Care family during 2023, including six new medical providers and one behavioral health provider. These new providers bring a wealth of experience and expertise to further enhance the quality and scope of healthcare services offered by Valley Health Care. The additions added in 2023 were Physician’s Assistant Michelle Ratnakar, Family Nurse Practitioner Kristy Zink, Family Nurse Practitioner Allison Wetsch, Family Nurse Practitioner Katie Paine, Dr Jennifer Beverage, Dr Cameron Ross, and Behavioral Health provider Kara Parrack, PLPC.
Michelle Ratnakar, PA-C
Michelle Ratnakar, PA-C joined VHC’s school-based health care team in January of 2023. Ratnakar received her Physician Assistant degree from Aldersons Broaddus College in 1997. She sees students and staff at Coalton Elementary, North Elementary, Third Ward Elementary, and Elkins Mountain School school-based healthcare locations.
Kristy Zink, FNP-BC
Kristy Zink, FNP-BC joined VHC’s primary care team in March of 2023. Zink received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Wheeling University in the spring of 2023. She is accepting new patients at the Elkins location.
Allison Wetsch, FNP-C
Allison Wetsch, FNP-C joined VHC’s primary care team in June of 2023. Wetsch received her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati in the spring of 2023. She is accepting new patients at both of Valley Health Care’s main locations.
Katie Paine, FNP-C
Katie Paine, FNP-C joined VHC’s primary care team in June of 2023. Paine received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University in the spring of 2023. She is accepting new patients at both of Valley Health Care’s main locations.
Jennifer Beverage, DO
Dr. Jennifer Beverage joined VHC’s primary care team in June of 2023. She received her Doctor of Osteopathy at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. She is accepting new patients at the Mill Creek location.
Cameron Ross, MD
Dr. Cameron Ross joined VHC’s primary care team in October of 2023, specializing in Internal Medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in the spring of 2020. He is accepting new patients at both of Valley Health Care’s main locations.
Kara Parrack, PLPC
Kara Parrack, PLPC joined VHC’s behavioral health team in June of 2023. Parrack received her Master’s in Counseling from West Virginia University in 2017. She is accepting new patients at both of Valley Health Care’s main locations.
