Mill Creek, WV — Valley Health Care is pleased to welcome Jennifer Lambert, CFNP, to its team of dedicated providers. Jennifer will begin seeing patients at the Mill Creek location in July, expanding access to primary care services for individuals and families in the community.

Jennifer is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in clinical care. She has served in various nursing roles throughout her career, including in emergency care and family practice settings. Her broad background enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for patients of all ages.

“I look forward to getting to know my patients and building lasting relationships as we work together to support their health and well-being,” said Lambert.
